Dorial Green-Beckham signs with the Tennessee Titans

The Tennessee Titans signed rookie wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham on Monday.

Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. The Titans have now signed seven of their nine draft picks.

Quarterback Marcus Mariota, who was the number two selection overall, and offensive lineman Jeremiah Poutasi, who was a third round pick, are the two draft picks who are currently unsigned, according to the Associated Press.

Green-Beckham was the Titans second-round pick and the 40th pick overall. He spent his first two years of college at Missouri. In those two years at Missouri he had 87 receptions for 1,278 yards and 17 touchdowns, according to The Tennessean. Last year he practiced with the Oklahoma football team. He wasn’t able to play however because of the NCAA transfer rules.

The Titans have made several changes to the wide receiver position. Nate Washington is no longer with the team . The Titans have signed Harry Douglas and Hakeem Nicks. Green-Beckham, Nicks, and Justin Hunter will likely be competing for an outside receiver spot .

It will be interesting to see if Green-Beckham can crack the starting lineup come opening week.
