'Game of Thrones': Emilia Clarke thinks there’s a ‘50/50’ chance Jon Snow could be back

Since Game of Thrones is a fantasy world, anything can happen and that includes bringing the dead back to life. And since we still can’t get over Jon Snow (Kit Harington) being dead, it feels like every member of the cast has been asked if he could come back. That includes Emilia Clarke, who admitted that she thinks there’s a chance.

In an interview with MTV News, Clarke said that she “cried” when she read the script for the season five finale, which ended with Harington’s character dead.

When asked if she thinks Jon Snow could come back, the Terminator Genysis actress replied, “If I had to bet, I’d say there’s a 50/50 chance.” She added, “There’s some helpful people there who could bring him on back to life. But if it means I’m that much closer to getting a throne...eh, OK!”

Of course, you might need to take that with a grain of salt because just before saying that, Clarke admitted that the showrunners don’t tell her much. “They know I can’t like very well,” she said.

But then again, Carice van Houten hinted that Melisandre might have a big role in bringing Jon Snow back to life. So maybe Harington was trying to throw us off by saying that his character is definitely dead.
