Jada Pinkett Smith gets candid about her 'open marriage' with Will Smith

There has been so much talk about their "open marriage", now Jada Pinkett Smith is setting the record straight about her longtime relationship with Will Smith.

According to the Huffington Post, Pinkett Smith sat down with Howard Stern at SiriusXM on Wednesday and explained just how open her marriage actually is.

"You've got to trust the one you're with. And at the end of the day, I'm not here to be anybody's watcher," she said. "I'm not his watcher. He's a grown man. Here's what I trust -- I trust that the man that Will is, is the man of integrity. So, he's got all the freedom in the world. As long as Will can look himself in the mirror and be okay, I'm good."

Stern asked Pinkett Smith if Smith had ever confessed to being attracted to another woman. "Absolutely," Pinkett Smith replied. "You have to in this business, because I'm going to know anyway."

Thankfully, Pinkett Smith is not the type to fixate on these crushes and sees the true meaning behind them.

"I'm not the kind of women that believes a man is not going to be attracted to other women," Jada explained. "I'm just not that girl. It's just not realistic. And just because your man is attracted to another woman, does not mean he doesn't love you. That's not what it means. And it doesn't mean he's going to act on it. If your man can't really see another woman's beauty, how the hell is he going to see yours?"

Pinkett Smith also talked to Stern about her role in the highly anticipated movie Magic Mike XXL, which was originally supposed to be played by a man. Though she did not reveal much about her character, Pinkett Smith explained that she will be playing "a club owner who had a past with Channing Tatum's character."

You can catch Pinkett Smith in Magic Mike XXL this July.
