Donald Trump kicks Univision’s Jorge Ramos out of press conference

Donald Trump held a news conference in Dubuque, Iowa last night, where he kicked out Univision journalist Jorge Ramos while he was trying to ask questions about immigration. Trump already has a dispute with Univision and Ramos thinks Trump’s security guard was ordered by the GOP presidential frontrunner to kick him out.

Trump and Ramos got into two exchanges during the press conference and it was during the first that he was lead out of the room. “Go back to Univision,” Trump first tole Ramos, then asked him to sit down, reports CNN.

While Ramos had not been called upon to ask a question, but Ramos told ABC News that he was waiting his turn. After two reporters asked questions, Ramos said, “I have a question on immigration,” but Trump ignored him.

“He didn’t like my question and when he didn’t like my question then he motioned so the one security guard would come where I was and then threw me out of the press conference,” Ramos told ABC News.

Ramos was later allowed back in, but that didn’t mean Trump liked the question. “Here's the problem with your immigration plan. It's full of empty promises,” Ramos said, adding that many of his other ideas were unrealistic.

Trump responded by reminding Ramos of his $500 million lawsuit against Univision for dropping the Miss USA pageant and added, “I have a bigger heart than you do.”

Trump is also in an ongoing feud with Fox News over Megyn Kelly.
