Robin Williams' kids and widow Susan fighting over estate

Robin Williams’ three children are at odds with his widow, Susan Williams, over the contents of his estate after his Aug. 2014 death.

Zachary, Zelda and Cody claim Susan is trying to get more money than she’s entitled to, and at their expense. They have asked a judge to dismiss her petition for more money, which she claims is to cover expenses for the Tiburon, Calif. home she shared with the actor.

Billboard reports his children said in their filing, "Petitioner is seeking to increase her share of the trust assets at the expense of the Williams children, despite the trust's clear language. She cannot do so."

The estate’s trustees have given Susan a reserve fund, but Williams’ kids say she’s not satisfied with it and wants a guaranteed income instead.

In her court filing, Susan claimed, “The trustees also don't have absolute discretion over her reserve fund, so the court has a role to play in deciding matters.”

TMZ reports Susan is claiming she doesn’t have enough money to cover her mortgage, insurance or maintenance on the home.

Their next court date to try and come to an agreement is set for Aug. 28.
