Rosie O’Donnell’s teenage daughter leaves home again to stay with birth mother

Rosie O’ Donnell’s daughter Chelsea, who made headlines last week after running away from home, has left again this time to live with her birth mother.

People noted that O’Donnell’s publicist, Cindi Berger, confirmed that Chelsea turned 18 on Monday and decided to leave the comedian’s home and move in with her biological mother, Deanna Micoley.

"Chelsea made a decision when she turned 18 that she wanted to go to her birth mother. This was her choice," Berger said.

The teen was reported missing earlier this month and found last week at a home in Ocean County, New Jersey with a man she had met online named Steven Sheerer. The 25-year-old Sheerer, an alleged heroin addict, faces charges of child endangerment and distribution of obscenity to a minor. His bail was set at $40,000.

O’Donnell has two adopted children and one biological child with ex-wife Kelli Carpenter and another adopted daughter with ex Michelle Rounds. The former co-host of The View has reportedly cut Chelsea off financially.
