Suge Knight to appear in court for hearing in robbery case

Former Death Row Records CEO Marion "Suge" Knight was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday to hear the evidence against him in a case in which he is accused of taking a paparazzo’s camera.

We previously reported that Knight and comedian Katt Williams were each charged with robbery for the alleged theft of a female photog’s camera last September.

The Associated Press noted that Williams and Knight have both plead not guilty to the charge and after hearing the evidence against them, a judge will decide whether or not they will stand trial.

Whatever the outcome of this particular case, Knight’s legal troubles are far from over.

The once-feared rap mogul has been in jail and unable to make bail since being charged with the murder of Heavyweight Records co-founder Terry Carter. He and Knight are said to have had some type of dispute on the set of the movie Straight Outta of Compton and Knight allegedly ran him over intentionally in a nearby parking lot. Knight has plead not guilty to that charge.

While he has been incarnated the 50-year-old former music executive has had a number of health issues that have included collapsing and blood clots. He has been rushed to the hospital on multiple occasions.
