Constantine might show up on ‘Legends of Tomorrow,’ Flash could meet Supergirl (Rumor)

After appearing on Arrow, John Constantine might earn a longer stay in The CW’s DC Comics universe. Plus, there’s a rumor that CBS’ Supergirl could join the family if The Flash makes a cameo on her show.

These rumors both came from Bleeding Cool on Thanksgiving Day. The site reports that Constantine, who is played by Matt Ryan, is being considered as a regular star for the second season of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. Of course, if The CW is really thinking about season two of Legends already, they are really getting ahead of themselves since season one hasn’t even started yet.

Ryan previously starred as Constantine on NBC’s short-lived Constantine series last season. The Vertigo character joined producer Greg Berlanti's DC TV universe in November by appearing on Arrow.

Another Bleeding Cool rumor has The Flash (Grant Gustin) meeting Supergirl on CBS. The Supergirl/Flash crossover episode would be one of the back nine episodes of Supergirl, should CBS pick up the show for a full season. Supergirl’s ratings haven’t been so good, so the extra publicity would certainly help.

Legends premieres on Thursday, Jan. 21 at 8 p.m. The Flash and Arrow have their own two-part crossover again, which airs this week.
