Kris Jenner sued by videogame developers for allegedly ripping off Kim Kardashian: Hollywood

Kris Jenner is being sued by videogame developers Kung Fu Factory, who claim she ripped off their ideas for her daughter Kim Kardashian’s game Kim Kardashian: Hollywood.

The developers are suing for profits of the highly successful game, as well as other unspecified damages. The game made an estimated $200 million in its first year alone for Glu Mobile Inc.

According to TMZ, Kung Fu Factory states in the lawsuit that they were first approached about a possible game in 2011. Their copyrighted proposal, they say, is extremely similar to the game that ended up being made by Glu. They claim Jenner and her team stole their ideas for the game they made with another company.

When they didn’t hear from the Kardashian camp for months after submitting the proposal, they then found out the negotiations were “dead." The game came out in 2014.

The newest famous face to join the game is Karl Lagerfeld, which Kardashian announced this week on Twitter.
