Chris Rock's ex requests continued financial support for daughter he denies

Chris Rock and his estranged wife Malaak Compton-Rock’s custody case over 7-year-old South African girl Ntombi is getting even more complicated, with Compton-Rock requesting continues support for the adopted daughter the actor denies is his.

Although Ntombi has lived with the family since she was a baby, he denied he’s her legal father when his nearly 20-year marriage fell apart.

The couple never legally adopted her and she’s reportedly living in the U.S. on a tourist visa. In divorce documents, Rock only claimed his biological daughters Lola, 13, and Zahra, 11, as his dependents.

In documents obtained by TMZ, Compton-Rock counts the three girls as dependents, citing Ntombi "as a member of the family” who has “been solely supported by [Chris and Malaak]."

The case was rumored to be the source of an investigation by South African authorities, who are reportedly treating it as a child trafficking case. But Compton Rock’s lawyer, David Aronson told Daily News that’s “false and outrageous” because “Malaak has never been contacted about an investigation of any sort.”
