Taylor Swift surprises young fan battling cancer just in time for the holidays

Taylor Swift might have wrapped up her 1989 World Tour, but she isn't done making fans' dreams come true. Swift made a special visit to a 12-year-old girl who has been battling cancer for the past five years.

According to the New York Daily News, Swift stopped by Delaney Clements' home in Colorado and took her completely by surprise. Clements took to Instagram to express how thankful she was for Swift to come visit and posted a selfie with the "Wildest Dreams" singer. "Taylor Swift walked into my bedroom and spent the afternoon with me just talking and hanging!!!!" Clements wrote in her post. "I am beyond Blessed for everyone's help and support!!!" Her mother, Wendy Campbell, also thanked Swift on social media for making this happening and giving her daughter the best Christmas present possible. The 1989 superstar also posted a picture of the special meet and greet, simply saying, "Merry Christmas Baby."
