Bruce Springsteen reschedules Madison Square Garden show, adds more ‘River’ tour dates

Bruce Springsteen has rescheduled the Madison Square Garden show he was forced to postpone due to the blizzard over the weekend. But that wasn’t the only bit of good news for fans of The Boss.

He was supposed to play at MSG on Sunday, but he had to postpone the show. To try to make fans a happier, he posted a download of his entire Jan. 19 show in Chicago for free.

Springsteen rescheduled the New York show for March 28. If you already have a ticket, it will be honored that night.

In addition, more dates were added through May. On March 19, Springsteen and the E Street Band will perform a third night at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena. He added dates in Denver, Seattle, Oklahoma City, Kansas City, Baltimore and Brooklyn.

The last date added was Rock in Rio on May 19, when Springsteen will be in Lisbon, Portugal.

Springsteen and The E Street Band are currently performing the entirety of 1980’s The River to mark the release of The Ties That Bind: The River Collection box set.
