Brad Goreski: Celebrity stylist shares fashion tips [Exclusive Interview]

Brad Goreski is the celebrity stylist whose eye for color and innovative styling has made him one of the most sought-after stylists in the world. The vibrant colors Goreski uses are right out of an Andy Warhol silkscreen print and speak to a fearlessness that characterizes all of his styling. He injects his risk-taking style into his A-List clients who count on Goreski to turn them into style stars.

The Canada-born Goreski grew up loving Vogue magazine from the age of 12. This passion brought him to work as Rachel Zoe’s assistant, becoming a fixture on her hit reality show The Rachel Zoe Project. His experience with Zoe led him to a solo career styling A-List stars such as Jessica Alba, Demi Moore and Julianne Hough.

As a huge Marilyn Monroe fan, Goreski knows how to make women look beautiful with unique twists. He put Julianne Hough in a balletic dress with a spider web texture and turned Jessica Alba into a Greek goddess when she wore a strapless empire line dress made of crinkled taffeta and draping tulle.

While Goreski dresses women brilliantly, he dresses himself even better. Colorful dapper-ness is the key to his personal style; he uses all the colors in the Crayon box to create anything from zest to reserved silhouettes. Case in point are the mustard yellow driving gloves he wore with a gray overcoat, or the David Bowie-inspired voluminous wide-leg trousers he wore with his signature bowtie and cardigan.

The E! Fashion Police host Brad Goreski partnered with Diet Coke to launch the Diet Coke IT’S MINE Program by hosting a pop-up fashion experience in New York City on Feb. 9. TheCelebrityCafe.com's Christopher Cole interviewed Goreski at the pop-up fashion experience in Canoe Studios, where he shared his tips on how to use color to enhance your wardrobe, as well as some entertaining childhood memories.
