Reps for the group confirmed the news to Billboard, which reports that they will be managed by Pat Magnarella, who works with Green Day. The currently unnamed group already finished recording their album, but have yet to find a record label.

The remaining members of No Doubt are bassist/keyboardist Tony Kanal; guitarist/keyboardist Tom Dumont and drummer Adrian Young. The decision to record without Stefani comes after 2012’s Push and Shove album, which did include Stefani, saw disappointing sales.

The news also comes just after Stefani announced her third solo album. She is also currently a coach on The Voice.

As for Havok, his group’s latest album is Burials, which came out in 2013. Some of AFI's hits include "Miss Murder" and "Girl's Not Grey."
