Paris Jackson reveals she goes to AA meetings, says expectations placed on late father were 'ridiculous'

The late Michael Jackson’s only daughter, Paris Jackson, 17, has admitted to regularly attending AA meetings in an Instagram rant this week.

Jackson was put under a 72-hour psychiatric hold in 2013 after attempting to commit suicide. She became famous in 2009 after giving a eulogy at her father’s funeral.

She brought up her father in a rant she posted, saying the public placed “ridiculous” expectations on him while he was alive.

"This is f--king ridiculous. I am expected to literally sit on my ass all day replying to comments people leave me (positive and negative)?” she wrote. “I have AA meeting to go to. Family obligations. PERSONAL obligations."

She went on to call it “selfish” that she gets “attacked” for whatever she posts to social media. “I appreciate the love and support, but the expectations are f--king ridiculous. The expectations for my DAD were f--king ridiculous. He didn't owe you anything, yet he was ripped to shreds DAILY. I will not let that happen to me."
