Beyonce suing 'Feyonce' merch

Well, brides-to-be, if it was in your plans to have a "Feyonce" sweatshirt, you better order it now. Because the Queen B herself is trying to shut the brand down.

The "Formation" singer filed a lawsuit against Feyonce Inc., claiming that "Feyonce" is too close to her name, which is trademarked, according to Reuters. Feyonce Inc. sells t-shirts, mugs, sweatshirts and tank tops with the word "Feyonce" printed across them.

One particular item the lawsuit pointed out was a mug that says, "He put a ring on it," sold for $14.95. It's evident that this is in reference to Bey's song "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)."

According to BBC News, Beyonce claims the label "confuses customers and fans and damages her reputation." Additionally, her court papers state that the company has ignored all of her requests to stop making the products.

Previously, she threatened Etsy with legal action for also featuring coffee mugs that had 'Feyonce' written across them.
