Investigator claims Casey Anthony admitted to killing her daughter, paid lawyer with sex

Casey Anthony, who was acquitted of killing her daughter Caylee Anthony in 2011, is back in the news after a private investigator made claims that she admitted to the murder and paid her lawyer off with sexual favors.

Action News Jacksonville noted that the shocking allegations were made by Dominic Casey, a former private investigator who was hired by Anthony’s defense team. The investigator Casey claimed in court documents that he found Anthony naked in her lawyer Jose Baez’s office and when he asked her about it she said she “had to do what Jose said because she had no money.” He further alleges that when he spoke to Baez about it he was told that Anthony owed him three oral sex sessions.

In the affidavit the former PI also claimed that Anthony admitted to her lawyer that she killed her young daughter.

"Baez had told me that Casey murdered Caylee and dumped the body somewhere," he said.

Baez has since denied all of the allegations via a statement to several media outlets.

“I unequivocally and categorically deny exchanging sex for my legal services with Ms. Anthony,” the attorney said. “I further unequivocally and categorically deny having any sexual relationship with Ms. Anthony whatsoever. I have always conducted my practice consistent with the high ethical standards required of members of the Florida Bar. My representation of Ms. Anthony was no exception.”

The Florida Bar is now conducting an investigation into the claims.
