Prince Harry gets tested for HIV, live streams video on social media

Prince Harry was tested for HIV at a hospital in London on Thursday morning and documented the testing live via Facebook, which showed what the test entails.

The 31-year-old live streamed the blood test on The Royal Family’s Facebook page. In the video, a healthcare professional at the Guys and St. Thomas’ Hospital explains the very simple procedure to Harry.

The royal Brit was asked to wash his hands before the healthcare worker pricked his finger. Harry did not flinch as the test was done and said that it did not hurt.

Although Harry is currently single, he still realized the importance of getting the test done and after seeing just how simple it is said “so whether you’re a man, woman, gay, straight, black, white, whatever, even ginger, why wouldn’t you come and have a test?”

The results were given to him seconds after the test was done and Prince Harry received a clear bill of health.
