Donald Trump started off Friday morning by letting his nearly 19 million Twitter followers know that his Apprentice successor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, got crushed in the ratings department.

In his tweet, Trump slammed the actor and called him out for supporting “Kasich & Hillary.”

“Wow, the ratings are in and Arnold Schwarzenegger got “swamped” (or destroyed) by comparison to the ratings machine, DJT,” he wrote. “So much for him being a movie star-and that was season 1 compared to season 14. Now compare him to my season 1. But who cares, he supported Kasich & Hillary.”

Schwarzenegger wasn’t going to allow the next President of the United States to bully him so he fired back via the same social media platform and even tweeted at Trump with his response.

The Terminator actor quoted Trump’s tweet with the response, “There’s nothing more important than the people’s work.”

The action-film star wasn’t done with that though and posted a few more tweets including this dig, “I wish you the best of luck and I hope you’ll work for ALL of the American people as aggressively as you worked for your ratings.”

Schwarzenegger then posted a video and wrote back to Trump again, “Please study this quote from Lincoln’s inaugural, @realDonaldTrump. It inspired me every day I was Governor, and I hope it inspires you.”

He also referenced Trump’s famous campaign slogan, “Make America Great Again,” but instead said we have to work to “keep America great.”

Will these two hash things out before Jan. 20? We’ll have to wait and see.
