When cooking, use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. Coconut oil is high in saturated fats which both increases healthy cholesterol in our bodies as well as converts the bad fats into good cholesterol. Coconut oil can be completely swapped out in any recipe needing vegetable oil. While most people can’t taste the coconutty flavor in the oil, some are bothered by it. If this is you, try refined coconut oil instead of virgin.
