5. Blood sugar and cholesterol levels are more controlled

There was a study done that showed how people who skip breakfast have higher blood sugar levels when fasting. Their cholesterol also saw a spike in numbers, increasing the risk of diabetes and heart disease. Yikes, we don’t want that to happen.
