9. Limit your liquid calories

Skip the Mocha Frappuccino with whipped cream from Starbucks and order a coffee with almond or skim milk. And instead of ordering a Coke or Pepsi with your lunch, just sip on water. If you’re feeling fancy, add a lemon for a citrus kick.
