8. Pet Sematary (1989)

Here’s an idea: if you live by or anywhere even close to a haunted cemetery, maybe you should just leave it alone — or better yet move away — rather than burying someone in it in order to try to bring them back to life. As ridiculous of a premise as it may sound, Pet Sematary is creepy enough to make you think twice about crossing through a cemetery in the middle of the night.
