Bonnie Wright

Born in London, Bonnie Fransesca Wright did not grow up in a family with acting background.

The reason Wright auditioned for her role as Ginny Weasley in the Harry Potter Series, for which she is best known, was because of her brother. Her brother said Wright reminded him of Ginny Weasley.

She appeared as an extra in the first movie, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, and a lot more in the next six movies.

Wright's career has gone further than the Harry Potter Series. She has acted in several other movies, such as TV movie Stranded, Agatha Christie: A Life in Pictures, playing the younger version of the famed author, and several other movies.

Other than acting, she is also active in the modeling world. She participated in 2011 London Fashion Week for designer Katie Eary. She also appeared as cover page model for some magazines, such as Nylon, Entertainment Weekly, The Times Luxx Magazine, and many more.

The British actress is also a screenwriter and filmmaker. Her directorial debut was Separate We Come, Separate We Go, which got its first recognition at the Cannes Film Festival.

Wright was reportedly engaged to Harry Potter Series co-star Jamie Campbell Bower in 2010, but called off the engagement two years later.
