John Cho

Born in Seoul, South Korea, John Cho is an actor and musician who was raised in Los Angeles, CA. He began his career after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. degree in English by joining the theatre company East West Players. He is best known for his role as Harold Lee from the Harold & Kumar films as well as from his appearance in the American Pie films. Cho had appeared as a recurring character, Kenny, on Ugly Betty in addition to starring in FlashForward which lasted from 2009-2010. In regards to television, he has also guest-starred on Charmed and How I Met Your Mother. Other films in his career include Better Luck Tomorrow and Star Trek, in which he portrayed Hikaru Sulu. He is reprising the role in the upcoming Star Trek Into Darkness, which is set to release in May. Cho is also set to appear in the NBC series Go On and played a role in Identity Thief , which was released this past February.

Besides his acting career, Cho is the lead singer for the band Viva La Union who have released a self-titled album. He is currently married to to Kerri Higuchi with whom he has a daughter and a son.
