Charlie Sheen

Carlos Irwin Estevez better known as Charlie Sheen was born on Sept. 3, 1965 in New York City. His parents are actor Martin Sheen, whose birth name is Ramon Gerardo Antonio Estevez and Janet Templeton. Sheen has three siblings, all of whom are actors, Emilio Estevez, Ramon Estevez, Jr and Renee Estevez.

Sheen attended Santa Monica High School. While in school, Sheen filmed amateur movies with fellow classmates future actors Sean Penn and Rob Lowe. Unfortunately, Sheen didn’t graduate due to his being expelled because of bad grades and poor attendance.

Sheen’s acting career began in 1974 when he was nine years old. He appeared with his father in the television movie, “The Execution of Private Slovik.” Sheen made starred in his first major film role in 1986’s “Platoon,” opposite Willem Dafoe and Tom Berenger. In 1987, he starred again with his father in “Wall Street,” opposite Michael Douglas. In 2001, Sheen was cast as the replacement for Michael J. Fox on the sitcom, “Spin City.” The role won him a Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy in 2002. Sheen currently stars with Jon Cryer on the sitcom “Two and a Half Men,” which debuted in 2003.

Sheen’s personal life has been the subject of Hollywood tabloid speculation and gossip he had a long-term relationship with adult actress Ginger Lynn as well as a relationship with another adult actress, Heather Hunter. In 1990, he was engaged to John Travolta’s future wife, Kelly Preston but after Sheen accidentally shot Preston in the arm their relationship ended. Sheen’s name was also found on Hollywood Madam Heidi Fleiss’s list of frequent customers. Sheen and his former girlfriend, Paula Profit share a daughter named Cassandra Jade Estevez who was born in 1985. Sheen later married Donna Peele but that marriage lasted a little more than a year. On June 15, 2002, sheen married actress Denise Richards. They have two daughters, Sam J. Estevez who was born on March 9, 2004 and Lola Rose Estevez who was born on June 1, 2005.yet, Richards filed for divorce from Sheen on April 19, 2006
