A Special Delivery
by Linda Goodnight
How A Baby and Snow Storm Change a Life
A must read if you've ever dealt with or known anyone who lost a baby to SIDS or any other reason. This is a book you cannot put down. You will read and read and read, regardless of how tired you are. It grips your heart and in the end offers hope to go on. As one who grieved for a miscarriage once, I could feel the pain. This book will move you to tears at times.
Molly McCreight is grieving and shuts herself away because her sister's baby died. She is alone in a Ranch house way out in country. One stormy sleeting night, Ethan Hunter stops by and drops off his daughter for Molly to watch as he has to deliver some cancer medicine to a man who lives further into wilderness area. Molly is afraid to touch the baby.
All the events that unfold and bring Molly and Ethan together again and again are interesting. It is interesting how Molly and her sister are finally reunited, and Ethan and Molly end up together.
