What do you get when you put a pilot named Tuck, who loves alcohol and women, and who previously got fired from his job, on an island called Alualu, with crazy "Shark People," and employers who are willing to pay Tuck ridiculous amounts to fly a Lear Jet for them, as long as Tuck doesn't ask questions?
You get a hilarious novel by Christopher Moore. Of course, on this island, there is no such thing as normal. Strange things happen on this island.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes humorous yet odd books. Christopher Moore has a cult following, and you either like him, or you don't.
