There is rape, deception, faith, and romance all in this book. The book will have you thinking it is about to end when it goes off in another direction.
Like life - just when you think things are going your way, a monkey wrench is thrown in. So is Charity's love. She thinks she has it all figured out and then it isn't.
Just as people have trials and problems in life, so does Charity in love. She has to overcome many obsticles. But in the end God's plan wins out.
This book seems long and about the time you get tired, your interest is intrigued and you cannot put it down again.
