Lulu Dark and The Summer of the Fox

Lulu Dark is back in this second book, solving mysteries.
Lulu Dark is this teenage girl who spends the whole summer just hanging out with her best friend Daisy. But when she reads in the paper that her famous actress mother is shooting a movie in their town, and didn't tell her about it, she becomes furious.
So she goes to see her mother, and things are weird on the set. Things are happening to the other actresses, and someone who calls themselves the fox is terrorizing and destroying the actresses belongings.
When Lulu's mother disappears Lulu and her friend Daisy try to find out what happened to her. Then Lulu's boyfriend gets kidnapped along with the famous actress Lisa Lincoln.
Lulu has her hands full trying to locate her missing boyfriend and mother. Of course her father doesn't want her to do any sleuthing. He forbids it, and Lulu is stuck in the house, sort of grounded.
Will Lulu sneak out of the house somehow and find her missing boyfriend and mother while solving the case of the mysterious Fox?
I didn't read the first book, but I enjoyed this second one. I like reading about teen girls who are sleuths. It's funny and entertaining at the same time. If you are a teen you'll love this book.
