A dark hilarious book about being a mom who used to fight demons.
Kate Conner is a mother of two beautiful kids. Allie is a teenager, and Timmy is an infant. Kate used to be a demon hunter, and only her late husband Eric knew about it. Kate has been retired for sometime, ever since Eric died.
Now Kate is married to Stuart and finds herself back in the Demon Hunting game after a Demon throws itself through her window. She must fight the Demons, find out what the head Demon wants, plus do motherly things like carpool, bake, shop for groceries, ect.
Kate has her hands full so she enlists help from her best friend, but only after her friend Laura accidentally finds out about the Demons.
I really enjoyed this book. I have never read anything like it. It was very comedic. If you like dark comedy, then you should read this book, you'll enjoy it.
