There is a different price for white and black Barbie dolls.

Controversy is brewing over reports that Walmart is selling a black Barbie doll for less than the price of what the white doll is being sold for, reports ABC News.

Photos on Guanabee.com show that the black doll, Ballerina Theresa Barbie doll, and the Ballerina Barbie doll, which is white, are sold side by side. But the price of the black Barbie is $3.00, while the white Barbie doll is being sold for $5.93.

The photos were taken at a Walmart in Louisiana, says Guanabee.com

Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am loves to share the wealth. The singer and mogul is paying for the tuition, room, board, and books of four college students through his i.am scholarship fund, People magazine reports.

This year, the singer is giving five new four-year college scholarships for students majoring in film and television, journalism, motion graphics and animation, and computer science.

Why would you have a southern colonel for a mascot, when you could have an alien admiral? Recently, the University of Mississippi has retired its old mascot and is looking for a new one. The heavy and odd favorite is the Mon Calamari Admiral Ackbar, the Star Wars Rebel commander.

It doesn’t seem that long, but after nearly five years in Washington D.C., one of the nation’s most beloved dignitaries is leaving. Tai Shan, a 4-1/2-year-old giant panda adolescent, is being shipped off to China. Tai was originally born in Washington and has lived at the Smithsonian National Zoo. As part of an agreement between the United States and China, Tai is being sent to China to help repopulate his endangered species’ numbers, which currently number in a mere 1,600 in the wild.

In the annual Harris Poll, which surveys to find Americas favorite television personality, Oprah Winfrey regained her spot as number one in 2009 after slipping to fourth the year before, ABC reported.

Harris said that Winfrey more than likely reclaimed the top spot because of her announcement that she would be ending her talk show in 2011.

Winfrey was rated the best by woman over 33 years old, according to ABC.

Nicolas Cage is being sued by his ex-girlfriend for millions of dollars, reported ABC News.

Cage's ex-girlfriend, Christina Fulton, filed a lawsuit against Cage for $13 million and a house he allegedly owed her. Fulton claims Cage promised her a house in Los Angeles' Hancock Park but she was ordered to leave the property.

Tom Brokaw was involved in fatal car crash on Friday, reports TMZ.

The accident occurred at 1:00 p.m. on the Bruckner Expressway in New York. A total of three cars collided. The accident turned fatal when a woman was thrown from her SUV and killed.

Brokaw and his wife, Meredith, were at the far left lane when a green SUV in the right lane lost control, while trying to avoid a spool of cable along the right lane, and slid to the middle lane.

Jennifer Aniston was served with documents requesting her testimony in court, reports TMZ.

A woman attempted to serve Aniston with court documents and was accompanied by flowers in order to request her to appear in court to testify in a sexual harassment case against her Hollywood agent, Todd Shemarya.

Aniston refused to pick the papers, but the woman placed them on her car's windshield, where Aniston's bodyguard grabbed them.
