Fox Business News gets rid of prime time shows

While News Corporation’s Fox News continues to dominate the cable news world over CNN and MSNBC, Fox Business News is apparently not doing as well against CNBC. Fox Business News has decided to axe all of its political prime time news shows and run repeats of its more popular daytime business shows.

Amazon signs deal with Viacom to stream content on Amazon Prime

Amazon Prime subscribers will now be able to enjoy Jersey Shore and several Comedy Central and Nickelodeon programs. Amazon announced Wednesday that it has agreed to a deal with Viacom.

A deal between the two companies was first reported by Reuters Tuesday. However, Viacom Chief Executive Philippe Dauman told Wall Street analysts last week that the company was close to signing a streaming deal with a content provider, but did not specify which company.

Earliest copy of Mona Lisa believed to be discovered in Spain

A museum in Madrid might have stumbled upon the earliest known copy of the Mona Lisa.

Assuming it was just another replica of the iconic picture by Leonardo da Vinci, officials at the Prado Museum in Madrid, Spain have discovered the copy in their very own collection.

According to The New York Daily News, the painting is said to have been painted alongside da Vinci by one of his apprentices at the same time the original painting was being created.
