TheCelebrityCafe.com’s Jaclyn Baldovin spoke to the motivated artist about his music, his experience on “The Flatstar,” a German TV show similar to “American Idol,” and his contest which will allow fans to meet him during his listening party in Los Angeles.

Scott MacIntyre has been into music since he was a little boy, but his fame sky rocketed after he earned eighth place in season eight of American Idol. He stood out from other contestants immediately not only because of his amazing talent, but also because of his inspiring story. MacIntyre was born with Leber's congenital amaurosis which has left him visually impaired. He has overcome kidney disease and a transplant which saved his life.

Brooke Hogan

Brooke Hogan, daughter of the ever-popular wrestler, Hulk Hogan, has become a star in her own right. Fans watched her grow up from "Hogan Knows Best" to her own show on Vh1, "Brooke Knows Best," and her first album, "Undiscovered."

The blond bombshell has had a rough year between her brother, Nick's, incarceration and her parents' divorce, but Brooke is holding strong and keeping it real in her second album, "Redemption," due out July 21.

Constantine Maroulis

Besides catching him on stage at "Rock of Ages," you can see more of Constantine on "American Idol Rewind." This year, "American Idol Rewind" is showing Season 4's contestants like never before with previously unaired footage from auditions to backstage moments. Constantine, as well as his fellow finalists and Season 4's winner, Carrie Underwood, will be featured.

Vanessa Williams

Vanessa Williams has worked her way up through the ranks of fame. After beginning her days in the spotlight as the first African American Miss America in 1983, Williams went on to launch a successful singing career.

She has received fifteen Grammy nominations to date. But, not content to simply be a successful recording artist, she went on to roles in theatre, television, and film. She is currently starring as magazine editor Wilhelmina Slater on the ABC hit series Ugly Betty. The show recently snagged a Golden Globe award for its freshman season and has been picked up for a second season this fall.
