The 38-year-old model married producer Scott Stuber on Saturday.

People reported the couple married in Napa Valley, California in an intimate ceremony with friends and family.

Sims and Stuber dated for a year and a half, before Stuber popped the question last May.

The bride wore a revealing V-neck Marchesa gown, which she paired with Lorraine Schwartz jewels to marry the Love and Other Drugs and The Break-Up producer.

Apparently, at Universal Pictures, it's hit or miss with movies based on classic boardgames.

The mega-hit producing studio is going full-speed ahead with their alien-attack tinged summer blockbuster Battleship, but the same can't be said for the pre-production live-action flick based on the famous Ouija board.

According to Deadline, Universal has put the film on turnaround, which, in Hollywood lingo, basically translates to "ain't gonna happen."

Universal Studios must have gotten a different set of instructions when they sat down to play a round of the classic board game, Battleship.

Despite being loosely based on the popular strategy game, Peter Berg's upcoming epic action flick is more than just naval boats blowing up stuff...it's apparently naval boats blowing up extraterrestrial stuff.

    Rihanna, who is best known for such number one singles as "Umbrella," "Disturbia," and "Rude Boy," is making her big screen debut in the upcoming board game-inspired movie adaptation of Battleship, MTV.com reports.

    The movie is about naval officer’s who use Earth’s battleships to fight aliens. The film is said to be “quite different from the board game,” and will most likely not film in 3-D like so many other movies out currently.

    Britney Spears, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, and Christina Aguilera all have done it, and now Rihanna is following in their footsteps and crossing into the acting world.

    According to People.com, Rihanna is set to star in the movie Battleship. The movie is reportedly based on the traditional Hasbro naval-combat board game.

    Battleship will also star True Blood’s Alexander Skarsgard and Friday Night Lights actor Taylor Kitsch.

    The New York Daily News has reported that Rihanna is the latest star to sign onto the board game-based Battleship movie.

    This will mark the acting debut of the 22-year-old singer.

    There is no word yet as to whom Rihanna’s character will be, but the performer signed a deal on Monday.
