Balynda "Lyndie" Benson-Gorelick has filed for legal separation in the L.A. County Superior Court on January 9, citing irreconcilable differences.

The couple has two sons, however, only one is still a minor. Benson-Gorelick has filed for full physical custody of Noah, 14, People reports. Their other son’s name is Max.
