Zac Efron fans crowded the streets of Westwood California on July 20 for his premiere of Charlie St. Cloud. I stood amongst the crowd on Broxton Street to anticipate his arrival. After stepping out of the limo, the street was filled with wild screams of excitement. Efron graciously greeted his fans with signatures and pictures. Even though the basic premise of this movie is revealed quite clearly in the preview, there is still much intrigue to a story about a boy who can’t let the past go. Zac Efron is the major reason that this movie does not fail completely. Actor Zac Efron has come a long way from his High School Musical days, and with his newest film, Charlie St. Cloud, hitting theaters this Friday, the 22-year-old hopes to begin taking on more mature roles.
