Carla Bruni is expecting another child in Autumn, and this time she promises to keep the baby from the scrutiny of the press.

Bruni, 43, is the wife of French president Nicolas Sarkozy, 56. Before becoming the French first lady, Bruni was a former model turned singer that has dated Eric Clapton and Mick Jagger, according to CNN.

A baby is on the way for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.

Representatives for the actors released a one-sentence statement Monday saying that the actors are “thrilled” to have another baby, reports The Huffington Post.

“She’s always wanted three kids,” a source said to Us Weekly. “This was her plan all along.”

Former Disney darling Hilary Duff and her hockey player husband Mike Comrie are expecting their first child.

“We also want to share the exciting news that … BABY MAKES THREE!!! We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives,” Duff announced on her official website.

The expecting star talked to Access Hollywood earlier this month about starting a family, but at the time said they would wait a little longer before having kids.

Jennifer Lopez has been signed to star in the upcoming film version of What to Expect When You’re Expecting.

Lionsgate announced the casting Friday. Cameron Diaz is also set for a part in the film, which is adapted from Heidi Murkoff’s best-selling book on pregnancy. The film will be directed by Kirk Jones and the screenplay, initially written by Heather Hach during the bidding war for the rights, was rewritten by Shauna Cross.
