Kanye West, Adele and Bruno Mars lead Grammy Nominations

Rapper Kanye West led the way among Grammy contenderson Wednesday after he earned seven nominations for his album “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” and his collaboration with Jay-Z “Watch the Throne.”

Nominations for the top awards were announced on Wednesday during a televised concert in Los Angeles with performances from Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and The Band Perry.

Today in totally awesome: Foo Fighters and Roger Waters play “In The Flesh”

As part of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon’s weeklong tribute to Pink Floyd, Roger Waters joined the Foo Fighters on-stage for a cover of “In the Flesh”. The track, taken from Pink Floyd’s 1979 hit The Wall, played out slightly shorter than the album’s four-minutes, assumedly to make it a little more TV-friendly.

Universal to reissue 'Nevermind'

Universal will commemorate the 20th anniversary of Nirvana's breakout album, Nevermind, with a special edition.

The deluxe package will feature a BBC appearance and never-before-released concert footage, as well as a DVD of B sides and rarities.

The reissue will be available in the United States on September 20.

Bassist Krist Novoselic will play the album in its entirety during a benefit show in seattle on the same day.

Drummer Dave Grohl is currently the frontman of the Foo Fighters.
