Elvis Presley's estate is suing Arista Music, one of Sony’s labels in Germany, claiming that they owe as much as $9 million in back royalties.

The estate claims that Arista, which was formerly RCA, is exploiting a 1973 $5.3 million buyout of the singer’s back catalog, according to NME. RCA bought the recordings, with the profits to be split down the middle between the company and Colonel Tom Parker, Presley’s manager.

Pink suffered a “scary” fall during a routine stunt at her concert in Germany on Wednesday that sent her straight to the hospital. There was a gear malfunction when Pink was hanging upside down from a harness.

After the show, Pink apologized to her fans on Twitter, saying, “I'm embarrassed...I'm in ambulance now but I will b fine. Didn't get clipped in2 harness correctly, drug me off stage, fell in2 barricade...I hope it at least looked cool!." according to People Magazine.
