Lethal Weapon star Mel Gibson and his wife of almost 30 years have finally reached a settlement in their two-year divorce case.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge is expected to finalize the divorce come August, Robyn Gibson’s attorney, Laura Wasser said during Tuesday’s hearing. Although the details of the settlement were not disclosed, the deal does include a settlement of property the couple shared, reports Reuters.

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan, who faces theft accusations for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from Los Angeles jewelry store Kamofie & Co. less than a month after leaving rehab, will likely be charged with a felony during her arraignment Wednesday afternoon.

Tomorrow’s hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. at Airport Court in Los Angeles, California, sources tell TMZ. Lohan has been ordered to attend the arraignment.
