Heidi Montag once admitted that she was “beyond obsessed” with plastic surgery after undergoing 10 procedures in one day. But several months after expressing regret over her cosmetic transformation, it appears that she has developed a new addiction: extreme exercise.

“I’ve been working out from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for two months now,” she claimed to Us Weekly during a bikini party held at Las Vegas’ Wet Republic over the weekend.
