First, Homeland’s Claire Danes received Harvard University’s Hasty Pudding 2012 Woman of the Year. On Friday, The Muppets star Jason Segel was chosen as the 2012 Man of the Year by the university’s students.

'How I Met Your Mother' recap: Episode 13 – 'Tailgate'

The episode begins with Ted narrating to his kids that on New Year’s Day, their “Uncle Marshall took a trip to Minnesota to see someone he truly missed.” We see Marshall visiting his father’s grave. Marshall tells his dad that the best way he could think of to honor his memory is to “get blasted tailgating at the Viking-Bears game.” Then, Ted narrated that tailgating at the Viking-Bears game was a tradition for Marshall and his father.

Kim Kardashian to appear on 'Last Man Standing'

Kim Kardashian is set to appear on the TV hit show, Last Man Standing in February. She is set to play herself, a reality TV show star, on the comedy show.

ET Online reported that the storyline for the show includes Kardashian meeting one of her biggest fans, Mandy, who will be played by Molly Ephraim.

The American Country Awards actually drew a bigger audience than last year’s first show, but CBS’s night of new sitcoms was still the top draw Monday night. ABC and NBC both had dismal nights with their holiday specials.

The episode starts with Ted narrating to his kids that their “Aunt Robin” was in therapy in October of 2011 and that it was actually going well. We see Robin asking Kevin, her therapist, why she’s “constantly looking for reasons not to be happy?” He replies, “Maybe it’s the idea of finally being happy that terrifies you.” Robin thinks he’s “killin’ it today” and they knuckle bump. She then thinks that together they’re going to conquer her fear of abandonment. But, then Kevin says he can’t see Robin anymore. Robin think he’s joking but the serious look on his face tells her that he’s not.

The episode begins with Robin talking to a therapist. She starts talking about Barney, how they used to date and that she set him up with a colleague of hers named Nora. Robin then talks about and we see how Barney sent Nora flowers, chocolates, balloons and even came to their newsroom to serenade Nora with his rendition of Michael Bolton’s love song “When A Man Loves A Woman,” all while Robin looks on seemingly jealous.
