'Inception' stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Marion Cotillard re-join Christopher Nolan for 'The Dark Knight Rises'

The Dark Knight Rises has added two more stars to its cast: Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Marion Cotillard.

Warner Bros. announced on Tuesday that Gordon-Levitt and Cotillard, co-stars in Inception, have signed on to appear in the final film of Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight tales, reports USA Today.

Another Inception star, Tom Hardy, will appear in the film as well.

Both Sound Awards Go To ‘Inception’

Out of all of the films that were nominated for Best Sound Mixing and Best Sound Editing, Inception was able to walk away with both awards.

It comes as no surprise that this film would win these two awards because sound was a major part to the film as a whole. Because of the complexity of what was going on in the film, a lot of different sounds had to be produced both at the same time and at different times in the film to make what the characters were doing look realistic.

The cinematography in a film has to do with the photography and compilation of lighting and camera techniques in a film. This year’s nominees included Black Swan, Inception, The King’s Speech, The Social Network, and True Grit. But it was Inception that walked away with the award.

Marion Cotillard to Join the Cast of ‘The Dark Knight Rises’?

French actress Marion Cotillard has supposedly joined the cast of the upcoming film The Dark Knight Rises.

The Washington Post reports that according to French newspaper Le Parisien, Cotillard, who won an Oscar for her portrayal of Edith Piaf in the French film La Vie en Rose, will add The Dark Knight Rises to her growing list of American movie credits.

'The Social Network' Wins Best Movie at Critics' Choice Awards

On Friday, The Social Network won the top Critics' Choice award for best picture, among three other wins, according to Access Hollywood.

The drama also won for David Fincher's direction, Aaron Sorkin's adapted screenplay and Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross's screenplay.

Inception was in the lead with six awards total in the technical categories.

Marion Cotillard is Pregnant

It was confirmed today that the actress is expecting her first child

Reps for Marion Cotillard confirmed today that the actress is indeed pregnant. She and boyfriend Guillaume Cane are expecting their first child.

The couple first met in 2003 and have been dating since 2007. Cane is an actor/director and has worked with Cotillard on several occasions. They are both excited and eager to start a family.

Marion Cotillard and Guillaume Canet Expect Their First Child

Inception star Marion Cotillard and her French actor/director boyfriend, Guillaume Canet, are expecting a child. Her rep confirmed the news to Us Magazine Monday.

The 35-year-old actress and the 37-year-old Canet have been together for three years, and this will be their first child.

People reports that the two first starred together in 2003’s Love Me If You Dare, and they started dating in 2007. The baby is due in the spring, a source told People.

Cotillard won an Academy Award for her role as singer Edith Piaf in 2007’s La Vie en Rose.
