John McCain's daughter joins NBC News

Meghan McCain, the daughter of Arizona senator and former presidential nominee John McCain, is joining MSNBC as a paid contributor.

McCain has made guest appearances on the network since 2009, but she will now be a salaried participant. She is also a columnist for The Daily Beast, where she writes about topics such as social issues and marriage equality. On Monday, McCain made her first paid appearance on NOW with Alex Wagner.

Bristol Palin took a dig at Meghan McCain in her new memoir, Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far, and she has done so once again while promoting the book.

Palin wrote in her revealing memoir that while on the campaign trail with the McCains, she felt she had to watch her back around John McCain’s daughter. Bristol explained she was “constantly checking us out, comparing my family to hers and complaining. Oh the complaining.”

In Bristol Palin’s new memoir, Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far, the former Dancing with the Stars contestant, teen activist and daughter of former vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin, took a dig at 2008 presidential nominee John McCain’s Daughter, Meghan McCain.

Meghan McCain Slams Bristol Palin for Not Voting

Says Palin is "ridiculous" for not sending in a ballot.

Meghan McCain has voiced her opinion once again, this time turning her attention to Bristol Palin. According to US Magazine, the 20-year-old mother and contestant on "Dancing with the Stars," did not vote in Tuesday's election. Apparently, Palin forgot to send in her absentee ballot to Alaska.

"I'm going to be in trouble. Sorry, Mom!" she said.

McCain appeared on the "Tonight Show with Jay Leno", and said that people who don't vote are "ridiculous," and that includes Palin.

Meghan McCain Has Very Low Opinion of Christine O'Donnell

Says O'Donnell's success "scares" her.

Young Republican Meghan McCain has a very strong opinion of Delaware Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell. According to The Huffington Post, McCain sees the woman as "a nutjob."

"My problem is that, no matter what, Christine O'Donnell is making a mockery of running for public office. She has no really history, no real success in any kind of business," she said on an episode of ABC's This Week, which aired Sunday.

Sandra Bullock is certainly feeling the love and support in light of her husband’s faults. The celebrities are lining up on Twitter giving Sandra advice and support of what to do in such a dire situation.

Among the celebrities in support are Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger, Meghan McCain, Maria Menounos and Holly Robinson Peete.

Stanger tweeted, “Sandra: don’t need to be with loser like Jessie. You were my favorite waitress at Diane’s Hamburger in nyc. Thx for the extra pickles,” while McCain had a more blunt point of view, “What the hell Jesse James?!?!”

Meghan McCain addressed various topics including Sarah Palin and the conservative Tea Party movement.

Meghan McCain, the daughter of former Republican presidential candidate John McCain, appeared on ABC’s The View on Tuesday where she discussed a variety of topics including her opinion of the conservative Tea Party movement, former Representative Tom Tancredo and her father’s former running mate, Republican politician Sarah Palin. She is known for not necessarily following all of her father’s political views and she was quite outspoken about her criticisms of the Tea Party movement as a whole.
