According to Usmagazine.com, Police Chief Barry Carpenter has been sentenced to two years and eight months in prison following his conviction on Nov. 23. Allegedly, he broke into the house of Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick's surrogate mother, Michelle Ross, who had given birth to twins for the couple.
