If you are a longtime fan of Discovery’s Mythbusters show, you know that hosts Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman like to blow stuff up. The show also advertises that it runs its tests under very controlled circumstances. However, a loose cannonball during filming on Tuesday ended up hitting a home in Dublin, CA.

According to the Christian Science Monitor, President Obama’s viewer challenge was busted on Mythbusters last night.

Obama challenged the Mythbuster hosts, Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage, to explore the ancient legend of Archimedes.

According to the myth, the Greek scientist used giant mirrors to reflect sunlight at attacking Roman ships around 212 B.C., setting them ablaze.

You see her blow up stuff every week on MythBusters. Now, Kari Byron will use her skills to get middle schoolers into science. The new show’s first 30 episodes have already been shot, and it is called ‘Head Rush.’ The main purpose of the show is to motivate children to engage in more science-related activities.
