Anne Hathaway is no stranger to playing a royal beauty on the big screen, having starred in 2001’s Princess Diaries. And she is now expressing interest in playing a duchess.

The Oscar-nominated actress was asked at the London premiere of One Day whether she would like to play Kate Middleton in a film.

“I haven’t really thought about it before but yes, why not?” she told The Sun. “She’s great. It’s such a fairytale.”

At her premiere for One Day in New York City, Anne Hathaway discusses how amazing her boyfriend, Adam Shulman, is.

Anne Hathaway believes in love at first sight. When asked if she believes in it, she replies, “Why not?” Monsters and Critics reports.

The actress further adds, “I think it’s a good thing to believe in, I think it'd be a shame if we didn’t have that, it’d be a lot less fun.”

CBS's Two and a Half Men, returning September 19, might be opening with Charlie Sheen's character's funeral.

According to Reuters, the premiere, which is being shot on Friday at 7 p.m., will not feature Charlie Sheen, but rather Ashton Kutcher.

What part Kutcher will play is still uncertain. Some say he will be Sheen's cousin. Others are claiming he is a prospective buyer of the deceased Charlie Harper's house.
