During his amateur months on American Idol, he dated a guy named Drake LaBry, and started opening up his sexuality to the public. On his disapproving yet courageous performance at the American Music Awards, the public was shocked to learn of his feisty side.
Despite his sexuality, this 28-year-old goth pretty boy still attracts many female fans, secretly wishing for him to convert or at least consider switching to the other side. Perhaps there is hope.
He told the UK's Times, “I’m openly gay so they know I’m not going to have sex with a woman — although, I like making out with girls from time to time. I have this curiosity at the back of my mind. I’ve never had sex with a woman and I’m a little bit curious about it.”
