'Jersey Shore's' 'The Unit' pleads not guilty to possession charge

John "The Unit" Manfre, who has been seen on MTV's Jersey Shore, has pleaded not guilty to a possession charge.

Manfre, friend of Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, was arrested in Seaside Heights, NJ last year when he was found in possession of Ketamine, a powerful horse tranquilizer.

Manfre has recently appeared in court with his lawyer, Raymond Raya.

Mike the 'Situation' suing Abercrombie

Mike's got a lot more situation going on in his legal department than on his abs.

Reuters reported the Jersey Shore star is suing apparel company Abercrombie & Fitch for using his fame to sell more of their clothes.

The "Situation," whose real name is Mike Sorrentino, filed the suit with his company, MPS Entertainment, on Tuesday.

In August, the clothing retailer said it would pay the MTV reality show star to stop wearing their clothes because it was hurting the company's sales.

The tension between Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and the rest of his Jersey Shore roommates was apparent during Season 4, especially with Snooki, and it seems it hasn’t died down.

Snooki recently opened up about the notion that their hit MTV reality show won’t be around forever, and in turn, she’s being smart with her money. Snooki, now a two-time author, claims that The Situation is doing the opposite.

Abercrombie & Fitch publicly asked Jersey Shore reality star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino to stop wearing their clothes three weeks ago, as they thought it was damaging to their brand.

The clothing company offered money to the reality star, a former Dancing with the Stars contestant, to stop wearing their clothes because they believed his wearing their product publicly "could cause significant damage to our image."
