UPDATE: ‘Twilight’s” Kiowa Gordon released from jail

Kiowa Gordon who plays Embry, a member of Wolfpack in the hit "Twilight” series was arrested earlier this week on DUI charges.

He was also charged with failing to appear at a court hearing in 2010 for possession of Four Loko and a marijuana pipe, despite being underage.

However, the actor was released from Maricopa County Jail in Arizona after paying $1,000 in bail.

Open Road Films has the cure: the distribution company just sealed a deal to obtain the rights for The Host, aka Stephanie Meyer's Other Book.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Meyer's tale of lovelorn body-snatching aliens will hit theaters March 29, 2013.

Twilight uber-fans are dying to find out what type of dress Kristen Stewart will wear as Bella Swan and Edward Cullen get married in Breaking Dawn.

MTV reports that they asked Stewart the in-demand question at Monday night’s premiere of her upcoming film, Meet the Rileys.

As it turns out, Stewart says she has gone through fittings for a gown, however, the final decision has not been made – that will most likely be up to series author, Stephenie Meyer.

According to the New York Times, a list of most profitable authors in Forbes Magazine revealed the names of money-making authors. James Patterson is in the lead with an overwhelming $70 million, and Stephenie Meyer is trailing in second.

Genealogy Experts Prove the Lineage

Robert Pattinson, the young heartthrob who is best known for playing Edward Cullen in the Twilight movies was found out to be related to Vlad the Impaler, the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s classic novel Dracula.

According to genealogy experts at ancestry.co.ok, Pattinson has family ties to Vlad III. The ties come from both vamp’s distant relation to the royal family; Pattinson is a distant cousin to Prince William and Harry, and Vlad the Impaler is their distant uncle.

Final 'Twilight' Book to Be Split Into Two Films

Summit Entertainment has confirmed that the fourth novel of the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn, will be split into two movies.

The first part is scheduled to be released on November 18, 2011, while the second half’s release date is yet to be determined. The production for each will occur at the same time, beginning this fall and lasting four to five months.
